Initiate Request
Log into your Desi Store account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the unused garment in its original packaging with all traditional embroidery protectors and tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a physical tracking receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit within 5-7 business days.
